Warren Construction Group is BPI* certified.

Whether constructing new or retrofitting, Warren Construction Group is able to provide clients with evaluations of the most critical and cost effective choices for safety, energy savings, and personal comfort.
We can instruct owners on the fundamentals of a "structure as a system" approach and how homes or buildings perform within today's energy efficiency and safety standards. Once we determine how the building performs, or will perform, we can offer an economic forecast of return investment through energy saving upgrades or building materials.

This applied knowledge can result in:
  • Increased comfort
  • Improved air quality
  • A healthier, safer building

    *LEED

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design

Green Building Rating System, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), provides a suite of standards for environmentally sustainable construction. LEED certified buildings strive to use resources more efficiently when compared to conventional buildings which are simply built to code. These structures often provide healthier work and living environments, which contributes to higher productivity and improved employee health and comfort.
LEED gives building owners and operators the tools to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings' performance. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health:
  • sustainable site development
  • water savings
  • energy efficiency
  • materials selection
  • indoor environmental quality

What Is the Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting Program (RRP)?
  • The Lead-Based Paint Renovation Repair and Painting Program is a federal regulatory program affecting contractors, property managers, and others who disturb painted surfaces.
  • It applies to residential houses, apartments, and child-occupied facilities such as schools and day-care centers built before 1978.
  • It includes pre-renovation education requirements as well as training, certification, and work practice requirements.
  •

Pre-renovation education, training, certification, and work practice requirements became effective April 22, 2010:
  • Contractors, property managers, and others who perform renovations for compensation in residential houses, apartments, and child-occupied facilities built before 1978 are required to distribute a lead pamphlet before starting renovation work.
  • Firms are required to be certified, their employees must be trained in use of lead-safe work practices, and lead- safe work practices that minimize occupants' exposure to lead hazards must be followed.
  • Renovation is broadly defined as any activity that disturbs painted surfaces and includes most repair, remodeling, and maintenance activities, including window replacement.
  • The program includes requirements implementing both Section 402(c) and 406(b) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
