Built in collaboration with Whitten Architects and a talented team of project partners, this 7,700-square-foot waterfront home features countless custom details that elevate both functionality and aesthetics.

From the striking elliptical staircase at the center of the home to the extensive mahogany finishes and custom-built furnishings, every element was carefully crafted to create a one-of-a-kind living experience. Creative solutions are found throughout the residence, including a custom mahogany desk with concealed wiring, a garage equipped with a vehicle lift, and a hydraulically operated deck that provides convenient access to basement firewood storage.

The project also incorporates an innovative mechanical system that efficiently heats the swimming pool during the summer and the home during the winter, demonstrating the team’s commitment to performance and long-term value.
