Just down the street from our office, we took great pleasure in sprucing up Brewer South Freeport Marine. On a challenging site, we constructed a dock house with office space for the dock master and the stewards. The dock house was built using traditional materials like cedar shingles and features a classic galvanized roof. The nearby mechanical station was retrofitted to match. We also built the Brewer Customer Lounge, where visiting yachtsmen and their families can make use of the shower, bathroom, and laundry facilities, or rest up in the lounge space.
