Taking an iconic 1920’s arts and craft colonial house on Falmouth Foreside and giving it some much needed love and updates brought this house into the 21st century. Warren Construction Group addressed and repaired exterior trim and then provided tastefully and extensive renovations to the kitchen, great room, master suite and third floor.

In essence these rooms were stripped back to their bones and rebuilt. Taking new materials and blending them with an older design updated this colonial while remaining true to the character of the original house. The finished carpentry details within the house where painstakingly matched to ensure authenticity, while the owners decorating style created a beautiful home.
