When a friend and longtime industry mentor approached us to facilitate the design and to build their retirement home, we were happy to say yes. Working with Architect, Carol Morrissette we created the perfect home for our client.

Downsizing does not always mean smaller, in some cases a new build is to replace a current home to meet the needs and lifestyle as one ages and matures. The Wooded Knoll is well-proportioned with finely crafted details, performs very efficiently and is perfectly situated on the knoll giving way for natural landscaping that encompasses the ledge and most importantly awards the owners a chance to live with minimal chores and maintenance, and that makes them smile.
